Pooja Kaul from Delhi founded Organiko, a social enterprise producing sustainable skincare products from donkey milk. Initially a college project, the initiative now supports over 150 donkey-owning families, increasing their monthly family income from ₹5,000 to ₹14,000. Pooja's efforts led to inclusion of donkey farming in National Livestock Mission by the Department of Animal Husbandry.
