Dell Technologies CFO, Yvonne McGill, will resign, effective September 9, after serving two years in the role and nearly three decades with the company. She'll be replaced on an interim basis by David Kennedy, a senior executive with the firm. McGill's resignation isn't the result of any disagreements with Dell on matters relating to its financial statements, the firm said.
