The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is conducting demolition drive against illegal encroachment in Bhoomiheen Camp area near Kalkaji following the directions from Delhi High Court. As many as five bulldozers (diggers and excavators) are in place to raze around 1,200 illegal huts. Notably, a notice to vacate the area was issued to residents on June 9.
