A US judge ordered Palestinian activist Mahmoud Khalil to be deported to Syria/Algeria for allegedly withholding information on his green card application. Khalil, a legal permanent resident of US and ex-Columbia student, had been one of the most prominent leaders of pro-Palestinian US college campus protests. He'd also sued President Donald Trump's administration for $20 million over his arrest.
