As the Supreme Court revised its earlier order on stray dogs in Delhi-NCR, it said that individual dog lovers and NGOs that approached it must deposit ₹25,000 and ₹2 lakh, respectively. The amount must be used to create infrastructure for stray dogs. If dog lovers and NGOs fail to adhere to this, they'll be barred from appearing in the matter.
