Karnataka IT Minister Priyank Kharge reacted after Andhra minister Nara Lokesh promoted Andhra and invited Bengaluru-based firms that are moving out of the Outer Ring Road. "It is natural for weaker ecosystems to feed off stronger ones. Nothing wrong with that, but when it turns into desperate scavenging, it shows more weakness than strength," Kharge reacted to Lokesh's post.
