India on Thursday issued a strong condemnation after the ancestral home of Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore was vandalised by mob over a parking dispute in Bangladesh. "We...condemn the despicable attack...The...act is a disgrace to...philosophy...of...[Tagore]. It falls in the broad pattern of systematic attempts by extremists to erase...symbols of tolerance," Ministry of External Affairs said.
