DGCA found several lapses in Turkish Airlines' operations in India, including carriage of dangerous goods without its permission, during surprise Safety Oversight and Ramp inspections amid a boycott of Turkish goods. A ground operations marshaller lacked proper authorisation while an aircraft maintenance engineer was unavailable during arrival. DGCA asked the airline to promptly address lapses.
