Aviation watchdog DGCA issued four show-cause notices to Air India for various safety violations, including crew fatigue management, training and operational norms, Reuters and PTI reported. The notices were issued based on voluntary disclosures made by airline days before Ahmedabad crash, which killed 260 people. "We'll respond to the said notices within the stipulated period," the airline said.
