The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) sought a response from Air India after Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan alleged that he was assigned a "broken and sunken seat" during his journey from Bhopal to Delhi. Civil Aviation Minister K Ram Mohan Naidu spoke to Chouhan personally and instructed Air India to take necessary action.
