A dhaba cook named RS Chauhan filed a police complaint after receiving a ₹46-crore income tax notice in MP's Bhind. Chauhan's lawyer said in 2019, when Chauhan worked at a toll plaza, his supervisor collected his bank details to help with PF, which he hasn't received till date. "My account doesn't even see ₹3-lakh transactions throughout the year," Chauhan said.
