Jagdeep Dhankhar praised Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge in Rajya Sabha on Monday, his last day as Vice President. "You embody trust and respect transcending political lines," Dhankhar said about Kharge, who's the Leader of Opposition in the Upper House of Parliament. Reports said Centre was miffed with Dhankhar for accepting Opposition's impeachment motion against Justice Yashwant Varma.
