Dharan Infra-EPC Ltd has won new contracts worth ₹1,171.21 crore from Skymax Infra Power for EPC works at Andhra Pradesh's Orvakal Industrial Park. Scheduled for completion by March 2027, the project's revenue and liabilities will be consolidated by Dharan. The company has also launched a new subsidiary, Dharan Infra Solar, for its foray into renewable energy.
