Dharan Infra-EPC Ltd, via its subsidiary Dharan Infra Solar Pvt Ltd, signed a ₹215 crore Supply Agreement with Skymax Infrapower Ltd for a 75 MW (AC) / 95.10 MWp (DC) solar project across nine sites in Nanded, Maharashtra. Execution and commissioning will follow a phased plan, targeted for FY 2025-26 / FY 2026-27.
