NCP leader and Maharashtra minister Dhananjay Munde has revealed he has been diagnosed with Bell's palsy. He said that he is not able to speak properly for even two minutes continuously due to the disease and has not been able to attend cabinet meetings. Munde added that he underwent surgery in both his eyes 15 days ago.
