The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) clarified on Sunday that it hadn't fired at civilians who were near or at the Gaza aid distribution site after a strike on the premises killed at least 31 people. "IDF is cooperating with the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation and international aid organisations in order to enable the distribution of aid to Gazan residents," it said.
