Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge said he wasn't made Karnataka CM in 1999 despite his 'tireless efforts' to win election for the party. "SM Krishna, who joined us just four months ago, was made the Chief Minister," said Kharge, adding that his 'services went in vain'. He, however, said that one doesn't get what one wants with "greed" in his heart.
