A 22-year-old differently-abled woman was allegedly gangraped near the official residences of the District Magistrate (DM), Superintendent of Police (SP) and Additional District Magistrate (ADM) in Uttar Pradesh's Balrampur on Monday night. The victim was returning home from her grandparents' home when a man intercepted her, and the crime occurred. Two accused were arrested following an encounter.
