US President Donald Trump said he is "disappointed but not done with" his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, after announcing weapons support to Ukraine. Sharing that he thought a ceasefire deal between Russia and Ukraine was on the cards at least four different times, he added, "We'll have a great conversation...and then he'll knock down a building in Kyiv."
