Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar has apologised for overcrowding outside the Chinnaswamy Stadium amid RCB's IPL title victory celebrations. "The crowd was uncontrollable...I apologise for the overcrowding," he said. He added that they had to cancel the procession due to overcrowding. As per reports, several people are feared dead in the stampede.
