A video of Deputy CM DK Shivakumar falling from his cycle while concluding an Environment Day event at Vidhana Soudha, Bengaluru, has surfaced online. He was alighting from the cycle when he lost balance and tumbled. As he lifted his leg and was about to park the cycle, he fell on the nearby stairs.
