DLF has sold 221 ultra-luxury apartments worth nearly ₹16,000 crore in its Gurugram project, The Dahlias. With an average price of ₹72 crore per unit, the project has attracted HNIs and celebrities like Shikhar Dhawan. Despite record sales, DLF reported a 15% dip in quarterly profit as revenue from operations slightly declined.
