A DNA test has confirmed that Umar Nabi was driving the Hyundai i20 that exploded near the Red Fort, ANI reported citing Delhi Police. His DNA sample matched with the DNA sample of his mother, the Delhi Police said. National Investigation Agency (NIA) has been handed over the investigation into the blast, that has been declared a terror incident.
