Delhi High Court quashed an FIR against a man in a POCSO case and ordered him to do a month of community service at a hospital and pay ₹50,000 to an Army fund. Court said it wasn't inclined to do this, however, the survivor's mother was concerned the proceedings could "undermine" family's efforts to secure a match for their daughter.
