A Hyderabad doctor was among three people arrested in Gujarat for alleged role in an ISIS-sponsored terror plot. Dr Ahmed Mohiyuddin Saiyed and his aides were allegedly trying to produce Ricin- a lethal toxin on international chemical and biological weapons lists. He was also allegedly in touch with an Islamic State-Khorasan Province operative who helped them smuggle weapons from Pakistan.
