A Delhi-based doctor identified as Dr Ruby Makhija has led her colony, Navjivan Vihar, to adopt zero-waste practices. Under her guidance, the Navjivan Vihar Residents Welfare Association (NVRA) has implemented extensive recycling, composting, and waste reduction initiatives. These efforts have led to a substantial decrease in the colony's waste output and set a new standard for sustainability.
