A junior doctor at Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial (LLRM) Medical College in UP's Meerut was suspended for allegedly sleeping while an injured man lay on a stretcher near him. The man bled to death as he didn't get medical assistance, his family alleged. A video of the incident shows the doctor sleeping in front of the AC.
