A 55-year-old woman with Motor Neuron Disease fulfilled her last wish of organ donation at HCMCT Manipal Hospital in Delhi. After her heart stopped, doctors used ECMO to restart circulation and performed Asia's first Normothermic Regional Perfusion, allowing retrieval of her liver, kidneys, corneas and skin, giving new life to multiple patients.
