A 15-year-old girl with a rare condition, situs inversus with levocardia, was treated for gallstones at Sharda Hospital, Greater Noida. Dr Vijay Anand performed a laparoscopic gallbladder removal, adapting the procedure to her reversed organ anatomy. Despite the complexity, the surgery was successful, and the patient recovered well, being discharged two days later without complications.
