In remembrance of the tragic event on August 9, a series of protests and rallies have been organised by various groups. West Bengal Junior Doctors’ Forum has called for a torch rally on Friday at 9 PM, from College Square to Shyambazar in Kolkata. This will be followed by a sit-in demonstration at the Shyambazar five-point crossing from midnight until 4 AM.
