A pet dog died of suffocation after a family locked it inside the car and went to perform puja at a temple in UP's Mathura. When locals heard the dog's distressed whimpers from inside the car, a mechanic was called to open the door. By the time the door was finally opened, the dog was already half-dead and later succumbed.
