A dog was spotted helplessly stuffed in a jute sack and dumped on a Kolkata Suburban Railway train. A commuter onboard suspected something concerning in the sack after he observed some movement in it. The commuter alerted the cops and opened the bag in their presence. He rescued a dog packed inside the sack.
