A dog was reportedly seen carrying a baby's head at a hospital in Punjab's Patiala. "Received disturbing information about an incident involving a deceased child at Rajindra Hospital...Preliminary investigation revealed that the child wasn't under treatment at the hospital & points to mischief by some anti-social elements," Punjab Health Minister Balbir Singh said as he ordered an investigation.
