Dogecoin briefly jumped around 20% after US President-elect Donald Trump chose Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy to lead the newly formed Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). Musk has promoted the cryptocurrency on multiple occasions. Dogecoin has risen around 150% since Trump won the elections, compared to Bitcoin's 30% rise in the same period.
