Afghan Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi said any country that wants to build ties with Afghanistan will have to do so via diplomatic channels. "If someone wants to have ties...[they cannot come in] military uniform," Muttaqi said in response to a question on US' intent to regain control of Bagram airbase. Taliban took over Bagram after US' withdrawal in 2021.
