Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has issued a strong advisory urging citizens to avoid joining Russian army amid Ukraine war. The MEA said the course is 'filled with danger' amid reports of two Indians in Donetsk being deceived with fake construction jobs and deployed to the frontline instead. India has raised the issue with Russia, demanding release of affected nationals.
