The Delhi High Court on Tuesday rejected an urgent hearing on a plea seeking to ban Chinese AI startup DeepSeek in India. "Don't use it if it is so harmful. Is it compulsory for you to use it?" the Chief Justice of the Delhi HC remarked. The court's remarks came after the petitioner claimed the matter was "little bit sensitive".
