During a meeting of the UN Security Council, the Permanent Representative of India to UN, Parvathaneni Harish, said, "Pakistan is global epicentre of terrorism harbouring more than 20 UN-listed terrorist entities." Harish also asked Pakistan to not waste the time of the Council as there were no valid justifications for terrorism, especially against innocent civilians.
