US President Donald Trump has announced deals that aim to lower the cost of popular weight-loss drugs, as pharmaceutical prices take centre stage in his administration's messaging around affordability. Trump unveiled agreements with Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk. At present, Eli Lilly's Zepbound and Novo Nordisk's Wegovy are both above $1,000 a month.
