Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh launched Special Campaign 2.0 on June 18, 2025, for resolving grievances of Family and Super Senior Pensioners. The month-long campaign from July 1–31, led by DoPPW, targets 2,210 cases across 51 departments. Over 25% grievances have already been resolved. Dr Singh highlighted the ministry’s reforms and stressed timely, quality grievance redressal.
