Dream11 has pulled out as lead sponsor of Team India after the government banned real-money online games. "[Representatives of] Dream11 visited BCCI office and informed CEO Hemang Amin...they won’t be able to continue...BCCI will float...new tender soon," a BCCI official told The Indian Express. The pullout will not attract any penalty due to a certain clause in the contract.
