The Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) has fined Drishti IAS ₹5 lakh for publishing misleading advertisements about UPSC CSE 2022 results. The institute claimed '216+ selections', but an investigation found 75% of those students had only attended its free interview guidance programme. This is the second penalty against Drishti IAS after a similar violation in 2024.
