In Pune's Khadki area, a car driver was brutally assaulted by four men after he stopped a biker from riding on the wrong side of the road. The incident, which occurred on Monday evening, was caught on video and went viral. The victim suffered nasal fractures. Despite his condition, the police filed only a non-cognisable (NC) complaint.
