Miriyala Lakshmaiah, the driver of the double-decker bus, which caught fire in Andhra Pradesh's Kurnool on Friday, killing 20 people, has been arrested. According to the authorities, Miriyala, who had studied only up to Class 5, produced fake Class 10 certificates to obtain a heavy vehicle driving licence. Miriyala had reportedly managed to escape the fire using the passenger's door.
