A head constable in Aligarh was suspended after a video of him drunk on duty, creating a ruckus at Malkhan Singh District Hospital, went viral. Brought for a medical test, he argued with the doctor, refused to blow into breathalyser and snatched the device, claiming it was 'faulty'. Senior officers were alerted and SSP Neeraj Jadoun ordered his immediate suspension.
