A bouncer at Elephant & Co Restaurant in Pune's Kalyani Nagar was attacked on Sunday night after denying entry to a drunk man. The accused, Akhil Kumar, and his friend Kyle Cummins allegedly assaulted bouncer Mayur Phadtare. A case was filed under BNS sections 115 and 3(5). Police confirmed Kumar had prior offences for public disturbances.
