A 19-year-old boy claimed that a drunk man harassed him and his 21-year-old sister on a train from Bhopal to Jabalpur. However, authorities arrived two hours later, despite calling the Railway Protection Force (RPF) helpline (139) several times. Describing the man as a "total goon", the boy said that he sat on his sister's berth while she was lying down.
