A bizarre scene in Andhra Pradesh’s Konaseema district went viral after a drunk man, bitten by a cobra, wrapped it around his neck and roamed the village, threatening to throw it at people. Identified as Gollapalli Konda, he created panic before being bitten again and rushed to hospital.
