A woman suffered injuries to her head and face after her husband, who was in an intoxicated state, poured toilet cleaner acid on her following an argument over his loud music in Bengaluru, as per the police. Before the incident, the accused also apparently harassed his wife for money to buy alcohol. An investigation is underway.
