A man, said to be drunk, was arrested after he started a fire at a petrol pump in Hyderabad on Saturday, officials said. One of the petrol pump employees allegedly dared the man, who had a lighter in his hand, to light it up if "he had the guts" to do so. The employee has also been arrested.
